From booking a service to picking up,the boys at Studio de Velo offered super service. First time there and I'm from Toowoomba it was a quick turnaround. I was helped with supspension set on my Levo their knowledge in helping and explaining things made it easy to understand. Will be back for sure for the next service. Cheers Mick.

Amazing customer service from Ryan and Stuart at Studio De Velo.
After scouring SEQ for a specific size and colour Specialized Stump jumper for my son, we were thankfully referred to Studio De Velo by another Specialized store.
After a late Friday afternoon call to the store, Ryan confirmed they had one in stock, still in the box. Ryan arranged for it to be built and set up for my son’s dimensions the same afternoon.
We headed in store the next morning where Stuart made some final tweaks to the bike to make sure it was set up perfectly and after a thorough handover we were on our way.
Thanks again to Ryan, Stu and the team at Studio De Velo. Highly Recommend.

Great service today by Ryan :) ... He sorting out my misaligned brake rotors, calipers and pistons on the eve of riding the Bowral Classic. Ryan talked me through the adjustment process and had many helpful tips. I find all the staff at Studio supportive and the servicing first class.

Excellent bike shop with very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went there for a Retul bike fit and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I had a lot of questions and Ryan who did my fit was more than happy to answer my questions and provide sound advice. There was no upselling, just good advice! The mechanic gave my bike a quick tune up prior to the bike fit sorted out a few issues in no time. He then checked it over afterwards, leaving me satisfied, that the bike was running smooth again. Will definitely be going back for my servicing needs in the future.

Once again the team at Studio deVelo exceeded my expectations. I dropped my wheel in to have it realigned turns out rim was cracked in 4 places, said it would take a week but in fact it was back in 4 days. Once again thanks.

Needed a bike fit and Ryan/SdV came highly recommended from a friend. The fit was extremely comprehensive, Ryan provided lots of information to explain the who's behind changes/no changes, and on initial rides post-fit there have been none of the issues I was previously having. Additionally the store was well stocked and all other staff were friendly, so would highly recommend to anyone.

Ryan’s knowledge of Specialized’s Retul Fit System is remarkable. He takes a very analytical and patient approach in properly sizing one’s bike. After his many tweaks I now feel more in control of my bike as my cockpit is much tighter, as a result. As an added bonus, gone are my numbing hands and neck pain. I can hardly wait for my new insoles to compliment my bike fit. If you are wanting to get the best and most comfortable ride you can out of your bike: Ryan at Sudio de Velo is your guy. Indeed, he is professionalism personified.
