I'm very happy with my experience at Planet Cycles and the service I received from Kaitlyn.
I had a good idea of what I was after, and Kaitlyn pointed me towards exactly what I needed, and as luck turns out, at a great price.
I didn't get to ride the bike before the purchase, due to heavy rain and impatience/excitement, so I was a little anxious as to weather or not the size was right, but once again, Kaitlyn nailed it.
I've been doing an hour ride to work and back each day and the bike is as comfortable as I could hope.
I'd also like to mention that the team in the workshop did a great job setting it up, so thanks for that, too.
Thanks again Planet Cycles. Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service from Murray at Planet Cycles. After multiple phone calls across SEQ during the pre Christmas rush to find the right size and colour Specialized Stump Jumper for my son, Murray saved the day, while Planet didn’t have the bike in stock(and we needed it straight away), Murray found one at another Specialized dealer and put us in contact with them. We picked it up the next morning.
This level of customer service is something that is rarely seen in this day and age.

I can’t recommend Planet Cycles highly enough! They found a crack in our carbon frame, but their support and expertise turned the bad news into a positive experience. Thanks to their help, my daughter’s now on a new bike, and I’m honestly glad it all worked out this way! Finally I have peace of mind she's safely on a bike perfect for her.

Have dropped in here a number of times. Usually good service. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have a good range of products and often have some genuinely good sales bargains. Evidently a specialised brand dealer but they also have other brands. Able to service bikes here as well. Can't fault them really. Keep up the good work.

Without fail, every single time I walk into this store or call this business I am met with superb service. I feel like these guys go out of their way to make sure I'm looked after in every scenario - new bikes, servicing, equipment and modifications. And this is coming from a guy that doesn't even really like cycling. I'd highly recommend this business to all cyclists; from fanatics to those who are forced to cycle to work in the cold because their wives decided to move them across town. Thank you Planet Cycles.

I had a wonderful experience with Steve and Deb. As someone who doesn't know a lot about bikes and felt a bit intimidated by the process I'm very glad I came to planet cycles. They were both super helpful, Steve with helping me find a bike within my budget and my daily commute ride requirements and Deb with a helmet. I have nothing but the absolute praise for the team at Planet Cycles! I purchased a brand new Vado 5.0 IGH last week but unfortunately I had an issue with it the following day. I gave them a quick call and they were happy to give me some advice over the phone, but unfortunately it didn't help. I brought the bike back to them first thing on a Saturday morning and they had multiple techs immediately working on it. They spent nearly 6 hours troubleshooting it, finally working out what the issue was. It's now running perfectly again. Top job guys!! It's really comforting to know that not only do they have highly experienced staff there to support you, but also show they care about getting you back up and riding as quickly as possible.

He understood and cared about the bike’s aesthetic, helped me source parts and kept the bike in the shop until they arrived, outstanding service, truly appreciated.
